13 January 1972 - Glendale, California At the age of five Nicole won the Miss Universe Petite Division Pageant, and soon after, landed her first dramatic role in the television movie, "When She Was Bad."
Nicole was first known to millions in her role in the long running syndicated series, "Charles In Charge". Eggert went on to star in the hit series "Baywatch" as lifeguard, Summer Quinn.
Another noted television appearance was her recurring role on the "T.J. Hooker" series.Barander ( 1997 ) Pink as the Day She Was Born ( 1997 ) The Prince of Kissing ( 1997 ) Frequent Flyer ( 1996 )

Nicole plays the cheerleader of the Corey Haim character's dreams. In an effort to get closer to her, Haim dresses up as a schoolgirl and gradually becomes Nicole's best friend, to the point where they plan to go away to cheerleading camp together Blown Away was the most controversial of several films Nicole co-starred with Corey Haim, (her lover during the early nineties), and should not be confused with the Jeff Bridges film of the same name. Nicole plays an extremely mixed up girl who becomes extremely possessive of her boyfriend and turns to crime through her jealousy, eventually being gunned down by the police. This movie is very much based on the successful formula set by 'Nikita' and it's Hollywood counterpart 'The Assassin', mixing in a bit of 'Robocop' into the bargain. Nicole's character gets terminally cut up by a vicious gang of underworld Mad Max types and finds herself brought back to life as a virtually indestructible killing machine, forced to wreak vengeance on the criminal element of the city for political purposes. She looks great from start to finish, done up nicely in shiny black leather and looking suitably futuristic and gaunt. The film's blatant emulation of other films is annoyingly lazy with all the expected 'Nikita'isms in place (e.g. Nicole's love/hate relationship with the mentor that trains her to be a killing machine, and her identity crisis following her supposed death) but this is the closest we'll probably get to seeing Nicole as Catwoman, short of her actually being cast in the role. As such it is crucial viewing to even casual Eggert fans. Here we have compiled an indepth look at Nicole and her experiences working in Hollywood in movies and on television series such as Baywatch. This text is copyright Giles and Norman 1994-1998, and a list of our sources (where available) is at the end of this page. " Shunning the usual timid diplomacy usually displayed by the show's ex-stars, she has been both honest and upfront about her criticism of the programme. "There are a lot of boobs and butts in the show" she notes, "All the girls run around in their bikinis far too much... there is more to life than flaunting yourself on a beach.)" At the time of her departure she was planning to develop her existing film career, but was approaching the offers coming in with some trepidation. She said, "I have had some sleazy offers but I have turned them all down... but whatever happens there is no way I'll be going back to Baywatch." These comments made one of her subsequent film choices seem an unlikely one. The independent movie 'Melissa' , in which Nicole played a stripper, has STILL yet to see the light of day commercially. (Please note - we are currently researching to find out the exact truth about why this is and when it will be released internationally.) When Nicole was attending press conferences about 'Melissa' in 1995, she seemed to have come round to the pont of view that baring her flesh might be a sensible career move, in the light of Sharon Stone's catapulting to fame with 'Basic Instinct' and (to a lesser extent) 'Sliver'. She seemed to have been able to overcome her reknowned body-consciousness, which had previously caused her, for example, to undertake an intensive fitness regime after watching herself in Season three of Baywatch and thinking that her tummy was 'too fat', even though everybody else on the set thought (rightly) that she looked great. This newfound confidence in her physique was almost definitely due to her breast enhancement at the time. Nicole appeared in ITV's 'Hollywood Women' talking quite openly about having the enlargement and how much more comfortable she felt about stripping off for the cameras. In interviews with the English tabloid press she made it clear that far from feeling inhibited about going topless in 'Melissa', she was looking forward to its allowing her to really show off her new, enhanced body.Nevertheless, she had ensured (after learning her lesson through earlier experiences) that she had legal clauses set in her contract, which would prevent the film's director demanding that she remove her G-String in the film. As Nicole has not publicly slated 'Melissa' as she has done to other projects in which she was involved, it appears she was relatively happy with the end result, although the box office failure of the other Hollywood films about stripping ('Showgirls' and 'Striptease') may have led to 'cold feet' from potential investors. The movie has certainly been waiting in the can for a long time now.Alternative suggestions concerning the film's delay are firstly that the producers ran out of money to complete the film, (after Nicole had become ill toward the end of filming and it subsequently could not be completed within an allocated time and budget), and secondly that Nicole had reached a stalemate with the director over the extent of nudity required and had pulled out of the project (possibly informally by way of an 'illness'
